    Meals & Safety

We will continue to update this section as the venue makes adjustments regarding their COVID policies leading up to the event.

At Boulder Ridge Country Club, all golfers must wear a face covering inside the clubhouse, per IL regulations. BBBS also asks all golfers to wear a mask when interacting with staff and volunteers during registration or on-course contests.

Lunch, provided by Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, will be served in individual prepackaged containers. The bar will be open, and all water and soda will be available in sealed cans or plastic bottles. Golfers will be required to wear masks while standing in the receiving line for food.

Both meals, the auction, awards, etc. will be held behind the Boulder Ridge Clubhouse on the lower pavilion area. The silent auction baskets will be viewable in-person behind the clubhouse, however, all bidding will be completed through a mobile device, such as a a cellphone. Bidding kiosks will also be available staffed with volunteers to assist with mobile bidding. Winners of auction baskets will be able to leave the evening of the event with their items.

Auction bidding, contest tickets, and raffle tickets will be available for purchase the day of the event through an online bidding site, BidPal. All purchases can be made via credit card to reduce contamination of cash-handling at the event itself. Volunteers will be on site to walk golfers through the purchase process: We will host 2 Longest Drive contests, 1 Raffle, a Putt For Kids’ Sake Contest, and play our Calcutta name-game, as in years past. Mulligans will also be for sale – for whoever needs them!
